Pre-operative anxiety in the ophthalmological surgery

Introduction The question of preoperative anxiety in an ophthalmological patient and its relief outpatient setting is becoming increasingly relevant due to the improvement technique equipment ophthalmic surgery, when practice «one-day surgery» common. It could not only affecting course operation, but also a factor limited availability this type medical care patients. Purpose. To analyze relationship between level during preparation choice optimal approach for «one day» clinic. Objectives 89 adult patients both sexes aged from 20 y.o. referred surgery (refractive cataract surgery) were included into trials, all them are divided main - 45 control 44 groups.
